1. Primer series
F-506 two-component intermediate primer: high filling power, suitable for metal/plastic substrates, improves the adhesion and flatness of the topcoat.
F-508 epoxy primer: super rust proof, salt spray resistant, suitable for surface pretreatment of bare metal (steel/aluminum).
F-501 plastic primer: specially designed for PP/ABS and other plastic parts to enhance the adhesion of the paint film.
2. Color paint series
1K Basecoat: Single component fast drying, containing metallic/pearl effect colors, supporting OEM color matching.
2K Topcoat: Two component high hardness, UV resistance, and long-lasting bright colors.
3. Clear varnish series
F-8000 environmentally friendly varnish: low VOC, high gloss (≥ 95GU), resistant to chemical corrosion.
F-8050 high gloss varnish: mirror effect, fast drying (can be polished in 20 minutes), suitable for luxury car repair.
F-8300 Silver Diamond Varnish: Contains nanoparticles, scratch resistant, suitable for high wear areas.
4. Auxiliary materials and tools
Spray gun: RP/HVLP model (1.3mm-1.8mm caliber), suitable for different viscosity coatings.
Sandpaper: All models from 60 # to 2000 #, available for dry grinding or water grinding.
Shielding materials: high temperature resistant tape (100 ℃), masking paper, protective film.
5. Functional additives
F-511 drying agent: accelerates the curing of 2K paint and is essential in low-temperature environments.
F-515 anti white water: prevents paint film atomization, suitable for high humidity environments.
F-134 matting agent: customized matte effect, adjustable ratio of 5% -30%.
6. Putty and filling
F-512 atomic ash: fast drying type, crack resistant, suitable for filling deep dents.
P-550R fiber putty: lightweight and high-strength, used for repairing plastic parts such as bumpers.
